Thank you for choosing The Party Image for your group event! As you might imagine, group bookings require a tremendous amount of advance preparation in order for your event to run smoothly. This includes adjusting the schedules of multiple staff members to make them available to work your event and scheduling other customer(s) appointments around your event to insure your group receives their services together. As a result, we have defined certain payment, cancellation and rescheduling terms, as outlined below, that must be adhered to.

Fri. & Sat. parties require a minimum of eight girls. Tues. - Thurs. parties have a six girl minimum.
Services: The Party Image agrees to perform the following services:
Every party includes a group photo that will be taken during the party and a 4"x6" color photo will be given to the birthday girl to remember her Party "Image"!
Additional group photos are available at $10.00 each.

(PLEASE NOTE: IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE SIGNED PARTY CONTRACT AND/OR A VALID CREDIT CARD BY THE CONTRACT RETURN DATE (stated above), THE PARTY RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.)
Payment / Cancellation / Rescheduling Terms:
All Group Events and Private Parties booked will require an initial deposit equal to 50% of the scheduled services. This initial deposit is 100% refundable if the Group Event or Private Party is cancelled no less than 14 days in advance of the scheduled party date.
For Private Parties, cancellation within the 14 days prior to the party date will result in a 50% service charge, based on the party's scheduled service total, which equals the deposit amount already paid.
Any changes made within 14 days of your scheduled party date, whether it be the number of participants or type of services included in your party, will only be made if services or number of guests is added. No reduction in services or number of guests will be allowed within 14 days prior to the party date.
I understand that The Party Image event coordinators are NOT licensed cosmetologists and all services are provided as a "for fun and entertainment value" ONLY! I also understand that a minimum of one adult / guardian, per every eight girls, must be present during the event.
